This is a piece I finished yesterday. Again, I was influenced by a black and white photograph of these two women in the 1920s kissing. The original had them among weeds and barbed wire. I decided to have them in grass and blossoms of spring. I used Sennelier oil pastels and Faber-Castell oil Polychromos pencils. The color vibrancy these materials provide makes me happy.
